[Resolved]  Aircel — Complain regarding uninformed subscription and deduction of balance

From last almost 3 months my Rs 5 is deducting due to subscription of Sweet Dreams Alert. I don’t understand if I didn’t subscribe this pack then how come my balance is deducting. I tried 4-5 times to unsubscribe it by sending SMS Stop to 155223. My Rs 3 got deducted every time but I was unable to unsubscribe it, I was getting error msg reply all time. On 24th Dec 2014 I got a msg says, Thank you for choosing Video Talkies 50 at Rs 5. You have been charged Rs 5 for 1 day. Now I want an explanation that without my knowledge how come these so called facilities are getting subscribed on my number. I want an immediate action and my balance back. My phone no is [protected],
