Aircel — complaint about my official number

I am trying to port my Aircel Number from since 4 days, I am regularly sending messages to universal port number but Aircel is not Responding. I also visit Aircel head office also call at customer care but still I am not receiving port number. It's my permanent and official number, I am loosing my clients also, please solve my problem I am facing a lot loss just because of this.
