Aircel — Complaint against aircel regarding frequent balance deduction

Hello sir,
I have complained several times that a service gets renew again and again, due to which my main balance gets deducted .I have complained many times but the customer care officials always says that this is due to a technical error .
I have my complaint id too. but noting have been done till now .

Hi,
Thanks for resolving the issue and the refund . But I am not satisfied as my balance was deduced several times but I got refund of only single deduction.
So please look Into the matter and let me know.
