[Resolved]  Aircel — Complaint against legal demand notice acct no:1-[protected]

Dear team,

I have purchased aircel corporate simcard no: [protected] and [protected]. For those sim cards, now i have received a demand notice for not paying the bill amounting rs.649.

I have filed against the waiver amount rs.300 accepted by them and not updated from mr. Chinna durai (Corporate sales manager - chennai) and also the customer care office team chennai.

Because of that complaint, my outgoing calls/sms/internet barred for last month. I have not provided the full service of one month rentel rs.347.

I have already informed/complained everything to customer care. But now i have received a demand notice acct no:1-[protected] of outstanding payment of rs.649

I request you please resolve the issue soon.

As per our records, you have recharged with RC-61 on 21/12/2016 at 14:24 benefits:-Local A2A @1.2p/2sec, A2O @1.2p/2sec & STD Standard Rate 90 Days ( 1st min of the Day @ 72p/min) + 100 MB 3G data (validity - 30 days) + 20 mins per Day Local A2A minute free between 00:00 am – 6:00 am validity - 30 days).

As per CDR, balance of Rs.29.98 got deducted for using GPRS in 3G connectivity on 1/5/2017 at 12:36:36 PM, (usage 7.8904 MB as per default charges 15paise/10KB ) before balance Rs.30.09 & after balance Rs.0.11, after consuming free data balance & data pack hence, balance got deducted from main balance. So, charging found correct & no waiver applicable in this regard.
