Mobile no:[protected] Subscriber's name: suman dutta Dear official, On 12.10.16 at around 3:45 pm i saw from my existing balance became 0.13 from rs.83.13 (Approx). Tried to contact customer service as well as complaint service several times but aircel customer service after informing heavy rush in their customer service line getting disconnected automatically. Aircel should ask for waiting to contact customer care representative. But not doing the same they disconnecting the line. Even more they are giving a sms option (Help to 121);but this option do not have any provision to lodge complain to resolve. As per their attitude it is quite obvious that they have illegally debited my account balance & from your forum asking aircel to refund my debited amount. Moreover i am not able to see my balance data & data validity through any of their option. Everytime it is showing that there is connection problem or invalid mmi code. Such a way they are not showing tranperancy about their provided service. Even more i am not able to see promo card validity from mobile also. So, it is understood that this is the way of chitting with the customer. Seeking your kind intervention to refund the deducted amount as well as to get transparent service from aircel. Thanks and Regards Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Nov 02, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer(sumandutta76), We would like to inform you that you can check your data balance by dialing *121*911#. Further, as per CDR balance of Rs.86.39 got deducted for using GPRS in 3G connectivity on 10/12/2016 at 15:11 PM. At that time GPRS pack & GPRS balance not available in your account hence, you have been charged from DA & main account. So, charging found correct & no waiver applicable in this regard.
