Dear aircel customer care, This is m vijayakeerthy from vellore, tn. I have booked a postpaid number [protected] on 14-april-2016, and paid vanity charge rs. 500 and sim charge of rs.351 on 16-april-2016. Fyi, purchase order copy is added in the attachement. I have submitted id proof and photograph to vellore coco agency on the same day. They have verified my address on 18-april-2016 in person and handed over sim. Find the details of sim below. But, the number [protected] is activated to another customer by erode aircel agency on 19-april-2016 14:30hrs. I am confused, Why this number is activated to another person and not me? What about the payment i have made to the vellore aircel agency? I need this number. Please take necessary steps to allocate the number to me.
