Aircel — complete blockage by aircel

Sir,
I am an aircel user from west bengal circle.
Aircel has stopped working from nearly past 10 days without any prior notice from them.
I am not getting any incoming/outgoing on my number.
I want to port out off aircel but i'm not receiving any upc code either. :' (

I don't want to lose my number as it is linked to almost every other account of mine.
My aircel number is [protected].
And sim no. Is[protected]

Please help in this regard, i'll be deeply obliged. :)
