[Resolved] Aircel — Complete signal failure in my area. | |||||
Dear concerned, My residence is in alif colony near makkah masjid, bhatindi, jammu in the state of jammu & kashmir. I have four aircel sims in use now but we are tired with the signal problem in this area. This is happening for more than a month. My son launched a complian in may and got assurance from the company to be corected on 01.06.2017 but no action was taken then after 15 days myself did the complain through my phone from out side. Again tthe same assurance was given by the company. And after 3 days i got the message that the fault has been rectified. Also complain phone number 198 and webside id: www.aircel.com was sent to my mobile. I again made the complain from outside and the answer was to check my handset. The same hand set and sim card is working very efficiently outside this area and so with my other sim cards of aircel too. The problem of no or intermittent signal is still the same and no change has been found even after the claim of repair. This means that either aircel has no competent technician or the company is telling lie with the customers. Please take immediate action to repair the defects. If such thing is happening in a city like jammu what can people expect for a village and hence prime minister modi mission? God knows.
