Aircel — continuous deduction of balance from my prepaid account resulting to mental harassment | |||
sir, i have been credited Rs 10 in my A/C on 23/5/2015. But again on 24/5/2015 rs 5 has been deducted from my account. and my balance gets deducted every alternative day. sir, can you please kindly give reasons why these unwanted Vas services gets activated on my number without my permission???? can u please stop these unwanted Vas service and stop these unwanted mental harassment? n kindly ensure me that no such unwanted Vas service gets activated on my account???? Moreover why do am i replied automatically that "the centre is facing heavy traffic" when i try to call 198 and speak to a customer care executive from my number???? but i can get through when using another aircel number. please try to solve this problem as soon as possible thanking you Suman [protected] is my mobile number from which balance is deducted each alternative day Was this information helpful? | |||
