[Resolved] Aircel — Conversion of Postpaid to prepaid | |||
I had used postpaid number four months before. I had used for 5 months. In July i had given a request letter for coversion from POSTPAID to PREPAID.More than five times I had visited the office. But they did not take any step for conversion. After the request given I had used for three months, Paid bills properly. Whenever I called them they said only one answer, that was within fifteen days we will convert from postpaid to prepaid. After three months I had stopped using that SIM. Then they called me and I said I will Pay if you convert from postpaid to prepaid. After two months the bill was increased with fine 500. The total Bill value was Rs.1000 now. Who made a mistake?. The agency did not responding me. That is why I stopped using that number. So many times I had informed to Coimbatore Head office. There also not responding. Today one guy ( [protected] ) ( i dont know whether he called from customer care or from agency) called me about of this issue. He is scolded me with very bad bad words and he threatening me. I am really ashemed of Aircel service . Whatever it happened I will never pay the bill . If problem rise again I will go to court . Was this information helpful? | |||
