Aircel — Customer care executive not picking up my mobile call | |||||
Sir, I am holding a pre-paid aircel mobile no. [protected] in Rajasthan circle on Name of Rabindra Kumar Mohanty. On 26 Nov 15 Aircel company deducted my balance amount Appx Rs. 80/-. When I did contact with customer executive, He told due to server problem your Query will be attended after 1 hr, I contact frequently in every o1 hr gap but dis-satisfied with same reply (server Problem). Now I am trying to contact daily at least more than eight times till 01 Dec 15. customer care executive is not picking up my call by saying "' There is a heavy congestion of traffic in our call centre and our executive is busy with other calls" (with pre recorded voice)' and concluding my call with despair. please suggest me what to do now. It is very simple to give the answer like money has been deducted by message and call charges as I didn, t call and SMS on that day for that much duration, in which a huge amount of money could be deducted . But being the customer of last 03 years and al so my mobile no is shared by so many family and friends. In view of that company is also getting undue profit for this. If such type o[censored]n satisfactory answers will be provided in near future I will be compelled to change the service. Thank you.
