[Resolved] Aircel — Customer care response is very bad as comparison to other company | |||
One service is activated automatically on my number and they deducted 60 rupees suddenly. I called them 4 to 5 times to deactivate this service and they told me that your service will deactivate within 24 hours but No one did . 3 days same thing happened I called them and they told me same thing. Which is very low grade service that I felt. It's a Customer care Service where No one care for customer. Then why people will use Aircel if People are not getting any help then why to use it.
