[Resolved] Aircel — customer care service | |||
Aircel is really providing very bad customer care service. If you want to talk with aircel customer care officer for information or complaint you have to try around 1000 times to contact with them. Its a fact . I recently lost my aircel prepaid sim card and for stoping the service of that number i tried to contact customer care on 121 and 198 upto one month but it was busy 24 hour a day. 4 days before i purchased new aircel prepaid sim and again i am not able to contact them for getting my free internet data, which was promissed at the time of purchase.
