Aircel — Cut my balance regularly | |||||
Last sunday i.E 27/03/2016 i have recharged my aircel no with full talk time and also i have recharged a special balance for std/local calls at 35 paise/minute. But this was not working and also my balance was decreasing day by day without making any call and maximum time a message comes that your activation is renewed, but i never activate any offer before. That's why i called on 198 for getting information from aircel customer care but there was not any single response. Even from last 7 days i continuously tried for talking to any customer care but all time same reply comes our customer care is busy in another call and after some time my call was cancelled from that side. How irresponsible are aircel customer care.Please consider my problem and help me in refunding my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
