Aircel — Cutsomer Executives are arrogant and Bill getting reflected with unncessary charges | |||
HI This is Ranjit here, I was trying to reach the Aircel Customer care for discussing about some charges and found that they are always providing the wrong information's. Also the sales person called me up and told that, take a new number and your intra-calling will be free, however all the callings has been charged for the new number. When I called the customer care they told me that yes intra-calling free is available, but when I escalate to waive of the charges the complaint team is telling that there is no intra-calling connection is available. So this is really making fool of the customer. Let me know waht can be done in this case. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
