Aircel — Daily auto renewal BHLOC1

I have choose one day rate cutter by dialing ussd mode for a single day but after that its auto renewal my services again and did not given any deactivation information. i want to know that how to cancel this and while i complaint to customer center he behaves like he sleepy.and after that my line has been closed and i am unable to contact them.please help otherwise i wind up my sim. [protected]
