[Resolved] Aircel — data balance and main balance deduction. | |||||
As on 13-7-17, i had data balance of 4.5 gb with validity until 31-7-17. On 14-7-17 my data balance becomes zero and they started deducting from main balance. I have called customer care many time. They saying to then cutting my call without any response. Aircel customer care said that they dont have option to view my balance. My docket number is 1-[protected], no response from aircel.
