[Resolved] Aircel — Data Connection | |
I bought a new aircel connection about a month ago in amritsar, which had some bundled 3g data usage along with it also i got it recharged with 3g data through a coupon which was applied successfully but it worked after great difficulty. I had to go to service centres numerous times and also i called aircel customer care centres for many times. After some days i moved to chandigarh where i lost my data connection. After trying many times when i talked to aircel customer care representatives they said me that they have 3g coverage there and submitted my complaint and asked for 48 hours time to solve it. It's above than two weeks and my problem still hasn't been resolved. On a 3g connection i am using just 2g connection even that sometimes gets disconnected automatically. And i am very much frustrated from calling aircel helpline again and again but i am not able to ever get to them. Was this information helpful? | |
