Aircel — Data connectivity problem

More then 7 days I have problem of data connectivity. no internet 2G 3G both facility was suddenly disabled. Already contact with customer care for several time and also logged compalint twice, but not positive result till date. Compaint reference No. are 1-[protected] & 1-[protected]
