[Resolved]  Aircel — Data pack not activated

Address:Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, 273017

I recharged with ₹49 night data pack using ussd *121*49# on my aircel number. (Data pack and ussd code i got from official website)
My balance deducted but data pack not activated on my number.
Called customer care yesterday and he told me that it will get activate at 12:00am (Still not got)
Now i'm calling again and my call get disconnect every time

I request you either deactivate this pack and return my money back or disconnected this number permanently, i don't want to continue with fraud company .I am trying to connectbyour customer care but they are not taking decision against this . I request you to deactivate this service

Ok got the balance back.
But again i recharged with ₹49 by dialing 1288 today(16/07/2017) and again you deducted my balance and not giving me any data. Give me data i need it very urgently.

This time i have call recording as proof.

Why dont you all giving me data? I dont tolerate this type of service. And dont force me to port to other service provider
