[Resolved]  Aircel — Data pack of rs.143/- (7gb 3g / 2g data for 28 days)

Last 10 years i am using aircel connection in my mobile. Recently (On 2906/2017 at 9.18 pm) i had done a recharge of rs.143/- data pack which can be gives 7 gb 3g / 2g data with a validity period of 28 days. While using data pack, down speed would be around 90kbs to 100kbs when i was in 3 rd floor open upstairs where the signal strength is more than 95%. If i used in downstairs means down speed would be 30kbs. Basically 3g down speed is 300kbs. But aircel is cheating customers by giving these kind of offers. I need some suitable action in this regard.

Yesterday evening (04/07/2017) around 5.43 pm i had received the message from Aircel that, Your Complaint Reference No.1-[protected] has been resolved. But i have not received any calls from your side (Aircel). Also i feel the same issue at same place. But now i only got 20 kbs to 30 kbs of speed. Aircel resolved the problem like this?????
