[Resolved] Aircel — deactivate ndmc 170317 pack with immediate effect

I have been deducted daily rs2/- for renewal of ndmc170317 sms2 pack, without my written request or verbal approval. Kindly deactivate this pack with immediate effect and return the deducted amount of rs12/-. I am a retd. Sr. Citizen person of 73 yrs old and can not afford to bear this type deduction. Shall appreciate for your early action and msg. Confirmation to me, in this regard at the earliest.

We would like to inform you that you have been charged Rs 2/- for the activation of SMS pack on daily reactivation basis. Although, we have deactivated the service but the charges are found to be correct and hence we regret that no waiver is applicable for the same.
