Very poor response from aircel. Your complaint assistance 198 is not working. You are charging intentionally for the pack "ndmc170317sms2". Ultimately it will reduce your credibility. Without making the conversation long, i request you to kindly deactivate the above pack and stop making fool your customers. I am quite surprised about the services you are providing to your customers. It is very disgusting to have services from your company.
