Dear aircel, my mob no. Is [protected]. My complaints is: you guys have activated sms service (Ndmc170317sms2) without my consent. Sms pack automatically renew everyday. Please tell me why you activate this service without my permission and how can i unsubscribe. I called customer service everyday but unable to reach. More than 10 rupees has been deducted for this sms pack till 17/08/17. So please deactivate the service immediately and refund my money asap. I have not used this offer so far. Please do the needful.
