[Resolved] Aircel — deactivating auto renewal pack of rs.2

Dear aircel,
My mob no. Is [protected]
My complaints is: you guys have activated sms service (Ndmc170317sms2) without my consent. Sms pack automatically renew everyday. Please tell me why you activate this service without my permission and how can i unsubscribe. I called customer service everyday but unable to reach. More than 10 rupees has been deducted for this sms pack till now. So please deactivate the service immediately and refund my money asap. I have not used this offer so far. Please do the needful.

We would like to inform you that as per system check you have been charged for the activation of Rs 2/- auto renewal SMS pack. Hence, charges are found correct and the pack has already been deactivated from our end. Further, as a goodwill gesture Rs 18/- will be credited on your number within 24 hours.
