Dear aircel, My mob no. Is [protected] My complaints is: you guys have activated sms service (Ndmc170317sms2) without my consent. Sms pack automatically renew everyday. Please tell me why you activate this service without my permission and how can i unsubscribe. I called customer service everyday but unable to reach. More than 10 rupees has been deducted for this sms pack till now. So please deactivate the service immediately and refund my money asap. I have not used this offer so far. Please do the needful.
