Aircel — Deactivating my sim without my knowledge | |||
My sim has ben deactivated by Aircel due to no usage for 90 days which is a TRAI rule but according to the rule i as a consumer who is not aware of this rule till now gets 15 days period to decide about my sim ...i was not given any warning or any alert from your side on one fine day i see my sim has been deactivated... i know both the customer and service provider are at fault but now i just want my sim to be reactivated no hard feelings i am a regular customer of yours and i like the service so i am requesting u to activate my sim back Was this information helpful? | |||
