[Resolved] Aircel — Deactivation all the services | |||||
I just want to request please disconnect to all the services in my Aircel no. [protected], . I feel sad that i have to write a complain as the customer care do not have the solution about the deactivation of all the services which is cutting my main balance for 3 months already, evn though i hve talk to customer care 3 times in 3 months with 3 different people. This is really disgusting. If this dosen't help, i wont hve any choice other than deactivating my no. And go for another company Was this information helpful? | |||||

We have checked and found that Rs. 18/- got deducted for RC18. Further, we have already refunded the amount to your account. Also, the RC18 pack has been deactivated.

I don't understand why only Aircel gets service activate by itself and deducts the main balance. Customer care is worst. They dont have any solution even thought I have complained 3 times in 3 months. My services stills gets activates and leads to the deduction of my bal. Really need to go for another sim company now.

This is the third month my balance is being cut and I have called pune customer care 3 times, and 3 times I talked to 3 different people, (remember only 1 name, Santosh) to deactivate every service, which all goes in vain. M relly so disappointed with aircel and its services, il deactive my no.(Aircel) and use other company as soon as i can. Its really annoying.
