[Resolved]  Aircel — deactivation of ndmc170317pi2 service on my no.[protected]

Auto deducting 2 rs daily although i did not activate any service. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy. Is this how you guys have resorted to get money for your daily operations. I think this is the reason many consumers have decided to port their numbers because of your company's fraudulent activity to cheat consumers.

Apart from this you've got pathetic customer service team. At first no one is there to pick the calls and if by any luck some one picks up the call then they are not ready to help and get rude with customers.in my case there was this girl who picked the call and directly said "whatever your concern maybe, i cannot help you, you may hangup now and call after 2 days". I guess you have hired illiterates to handle customer service.

Anyways, request you to please deactivate this service asap (I. E today itself) and return my money back or expect a legal action for this fraudulent activity.

We would like to inform you that, as we have checked and found you have been charged Rs 2/- for Data pack on daily reactivation basis. We have deactivated the same from our end and as a one-time goodwill gesture a waiver of Rs 8/- has been initiated from our end and the same will be credited within 48hrs
