Aircel — Deducted money from my balance when i had an active data pack. | |||||
By 1/03/2016 my existing data pack was about to end. so on that day by 11.40 pm i recharged for rs103 combo pack. i got a confirmation message stating that i got the pack activated. when i switched off the mobile data next morning, i got about rs.11 deducted. by that time, i thought it might have been deducted for some phone calls. i switched on data, i used data for the whole day. by 2/03/2016(next day) all my main balance was taken away and my data balance was untouched. when i called aircel complaint services, they said that i was continuously connected to internet when the validity get over, which i was not.i called their costumer care number and told them everything..they said its not their fault.. after speaking for half an hour, they took a ticket. and said they will give a solution by 5/03/2016 in which, most probably i wont get refunded.(this is how their statement sounded) Was this information helpful? | |||||
