Aircel — Deducted the balance again...

I am using Aircel from many years every time when I recharge the company deducts my balance without any reasons. This has happened many a times before almost at every recharge. Hence I haven't recharged my account since from many days. Just now I took talk time of ₹5 from another number through balance share and within a couple of seconds the balance (5₹) got deducted. My net pack was active from many days but still the net wasn't working from last 10 days. So to maintain the balance I took the balance of ₹5 which these people deducted immediately. I just want my deducted balance immediately. My net pack is still valid ( under validity period) and still the net is not working and the balance also got deducted...

We've checked and found that Rs. 5/- has been deducted for Nazara pack & it was activated via WAP link internet mode.

Now all service has been deactivated. If any deduction found please call 198 TF number for refund with 24 hrs.

Today I received the message " Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 13/7/2016.In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre."
But still my deducted balance isn't yet refunded. My total balance deduction was 12₹ out of which 5₹ was deducted on 4th July, 5₹ was deducted on 7th July and 2₹ were deducted on 8th July. Thus I only received the message that my concern has been solved but its not true and I haven't received any refund yet.

Every time you guys are giving the same reply but not refunding the balance... Since from 4th of July you guys are saying the same thing, forwarding the complaint but its of no use to me... I just want my deducted balance to be refunded back...

We've checked and found that the amount got deducted due to VAS service activated on your number. Now all service has been deactivated but we regret to inform you that we won't be able to post any adjustment in this regard.

Dear yvt,

We would like to inform you that you have been charged Rs 5 for WAP activation of VAS Service MASCUB3 of NAZARA on 7th Jul 16 & Rs. 2 on 8 Jul 16 for renewal of same service. Service was deactivated on 13 Jul 16 & Rs. 7 will be credited in your account within 48 hours.
