[Resolved]  Aircel — Deducting the main account balance for using internet while having sufficient data balance

I already complain about deducting the account balance on 10-oct-2015, its reference number is 1-[protected], they said that you will get the amount by 13-oct-2015 but they failed to do so, again called them on 13-oct, they said it will take 24 hours. It is not the end of it again they deduct my amount without any information, One of their executive said that she will transfer my call to another one, but no response from their end. She who said transfer my call is irresponsible and worst executive after that when ever I am trying to call customer care it show busy lines, all executives are busy do not know what they are doing.

We would not be able to provide any waiver for the downloaded content. Kindly ignore any chargeable links while browsing and also keep the pop up blocker as off in the handset settings to avoid such activations. Kindly change the homepage to anything else than the Aircel wap portal.
