[Resolved] Aircel — deducting the main balance | |||||
I've been using aircel for more than 10 years but recently im so annoyed with their customer care service! They deduced the balance of 80rs for no reasons when i called first time they told i use internet and subscribed something. I kindly told them that i'm using a basic mobile phone i cant really use internet then they told i will connect to higher officials but they couldnt and told me to call after 1 hour and then i again called another guy picked the call he was very arrogant and rude and cut the call inbetween. And again i called they told me we cant refund in future we will make sure it wont happen they didnt give the solutions and stole the money. Its very pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||||
