[Resolved] Aircel — deduction of a/c balance without any use | |||
I am a prepaid user of Aircel from Jalpaiguri, West Bengal circle. I have recharged 255/- package for 1 GB usage per day benefit on[protected] at 12:43 pm. But at 6:00 pm I have found my A/C balance to be deducted from 39/- to 9.87/- when mobile data was on. Number is [protected]. I am moving to Consumer Forum for this unwanted mismanagement.
