Aircel — Deduction of balance and activation of services without consent.

I m PRADEEP SINGH from Lucknow. I want to complaint here of my Aircel service provider my Aircel up east prepaid no. is [protected]. I have became fed up by Aircel as it start services on it's own without any consent and deducts Balance. On November 1 evening I recharged my account with rs. 40 and on 2 November early morning Aircel started UPEDECPI9 on it's own without any consent. I don't know what hell was this as neither I was credited any voice balance nor net balance and this continued for 3 days when my balance got below rs. 9 and was no further deductible. A total of Rs.27 were deducted 9 per day and I didn't received any benefit of this service that too when I had not given any consent for activation of any service nor have I received any call regarding activation of such service. Please help me return my balance and give a notice to Aircel to stop doing such nuisance again and again to me.Thanking you in anticipation

Yesterday I got my money back after complaining Rs.27, but today again Aircel has deducted Rs. 9, from my account and no information was given to me regarding this I even don't know what the hell they have activated, now I am afraid of getting the account recharged and only get it recharged by Rs. 10, so that Aircel could not activate any pack on its own, but they r deducting the balance from the money I got back after complaining here, and had requested to stop that service which they activated without my consent, I know that they will again be deducting my money tommorow Rs.9, I can't complaint their consumer help line since its totally useless. Please stop doing this nonsense to me, else I would be forced to break this sim and throw it in a dustbin, and go for some new operator as I m sure no other company could be as disgusting as Aircel. Return all my balance and deactivate all VAS service if activated on my number, and put my number in a category where u could never activate any VAS service. I DON'T WANT ANY OF YOUR USELESS VAS SERVICE EVER.

I am srishti agrawal from jalalpur.i want to complaint here of my Aircel service provider my Aircel up east prepaid no. is [protected]. I have became fed up by Aircel as it start services on it's own without any consent and deducts Balance. On April 16 evening I recharged my account with rs. 50 and on 17 April early morning Aircel started UPEDECPI9 on it's own without any consent.again april 19 i recharged my no. With 30 rs. Again my whole balance was detected. I don't know what hell was this as neither I was credited any voice balance nor net balance and this continued for 3 days when my balance got below rs. 9 and was no further deductible. A total of Rs45 were deducted 9 per day and I didn't received any benefit of this service that too when I had not given any consent for activation of any service nor have I received any call regarding activation of such service. Please help me return my balance and give a notice to Aircel to stop doing such nuisance again and again to me.Thanking you in anticipation
