Aircel — Deduction of balance without my permission | |

Dear Sir,
The Aircel deducted an amount of Rs 50.00 from my main balance without my permission on dt- 14/11/15. When I complained the customer care, I was assured that I'll be refunded the amount within 24 hrs. But unfortunately 24 hrs 48 hrs have passed and I have not got my balance. For the second time when I contacted the customer care...I found myself cheated by the customer care executives. I was denied for the refund of my deducted balance. The company customer cares are just cheating with the poor customers. Please look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest... Was this information helpful? | |

We have verified your account details and found that on dated 16th Nov 2015 a content service "VPACK" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs 100 was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs 100 which will be credited to your account within next 24hrs.
