Aircel — Deduction of excess balance and other issues | |||
I am a regular user of aircel network and have experienced many times that aircel has deducted amount from my main account for sending any text message even after having the message pack activated. Many times I have tried to contact customer care representative but due to their poor response and connectivity I was unable to contact them. I would request the authority to take this issue seriously. General problem with aircel are as follows: 1. Their staffs are not technically equipped/well trained to provide information in due time (i.e during call time) 2. They have a ready made excuse that "information are not available now as their system has not yet been updated, and customer should call after 2-3 hrs. 3. It has also been noticed that during the call with customer they use to disconnect the line, and then again we have to explain our issues to someone else and this happens repeatedly 4. In case of 3G internet, the data consumption is very high, i.e even for general surfing the data is highly consumed and the pack is over in few days as compared to other networks. I have my personal experience of loosing the 3G data. It appears that aircel is making people fool by providing 3G data at lower cost first and then charging by high volume of consumption. I request the board to forward this issues to the most senior authority of aircel company, so that they must get aware of these issues taking place and resulting in downfall in the overall value and loosing customer loyalty.
