Aircel — Deduction of recharging amount without my knowledge | |||||
My mobil no-[protected] i rechage rs. 60.00 and 32.00 dated 15.3. 16 and rs. 50.00 dated 16.3.16 now is balance 1.00. i several times talk to aircel dept 198 number in this regard but always reply pl call after four hours because server upgrade continue .my balance nil no replyfrom aircel customer care.. today i also ring to aiecel customer care 198 and 121 sent a recording message all are busy customer care personal. please note my complain and shortly solve my problem . thanks sajal das Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is to inform you that Rs.50 was deducted for FSD, COMEDYK and MASTIMALL services, consent id were present and charging done after getting confirmation. However, we have refunded the amount of Rs.50 on Good will Gesture and same will be reflecting in your account balance within next 48 working hrs. Please ignore those website or web link which are chargeable to stop this type of charging.
