[Resolved]  Aircel — Deduction of rs 75 for glamour zone without any subscription

Without my subscription Aircel has deducted Rs 75 for Glamour Zone for 15 days, and saying if i don't wanna subscribe send STOP to 155223. why Aircel is doing like this. i need a reason for cutting Rs 75 without informing and deduction. And i want the money to refund it back to my number-[protected]

We have checked and found that VAS service was renewed in your account on 7th Sep’16 and the service got activated on 26th Aug’16 through WAP mode for which Rs. 75/- has been charged. We would like to inform you that service has already been deactivated on 9th Sep’16 and we would not be able to post any adjustment in this regard.

Dear A Athisii,

Post system validation it was found that there is no deduction of Rs 75 against the number [protected] recorded in the system for Glamour Zone. It was found that you were charged Rs 10 on 22/03/2016 at 16:11 for downloading WALLPAPER from TECHZONE downloaded through WAP. As service gesture Rs 10 refunded on 22/03/2016.

Kindly avoid clicking on any WAP links popping-up during browsing and advise to dial 155223 or send sms as STOP to 155223 (toll free) for VAS status and to deactivate it or send sms as L5VAS to 121 (toll free) to know the last 5 deduction related to VAS from Aircel number.

I have also been charged just now (ph. No.[protected]) without subscribing, Rs 75 for glamour zone75. When asked to stop, Aircel says I have not subscribed to any vas. Then how come i get the message of deduction and also my bal. reduces by rs 75? I will not bow to such lowly cheats . I will sue them in the court very soon. They cannot prove their innocence and so get prosecuted.
How is it legally sound for Aircel to charge for popups, which is not even touched, let alone consenting to it? You are an abettor and collaborator since you deduct the money in agreement to do so with them. Why all the tel cos. stoop so low shamelessly, remorselessly to make such flagrant illegal money from subscribers which will run into crores of rupees?

my name is abdulajees. mobile no is [protected]. i dont activated that zone75. my balance was reduced for that. after i message to vas help stop that. it replay to me - no pack has not activated for you. so refund my balanance to me.

my name is abdulajees. mobile no is [protected] on aircel network .two weeks ago same problem done and rectified. now also the zone 75 pack was activated. i dont use that pack.the pack was automatically renewal now. and my balance Rs75 was detected. so refund my balanance to me. and stop that automatically renewal.
