[Resolved]  Aircel — Deduction of rs 75 without consent of customer for glamour zone

Hi Sir/ Madam
This is my second complaint to Aircel for the above same subject i.e deduction of Rs 75 on Date 12 April 2016 from my balance withoutnotifying me for Glamour Zone of my number [protected]. I have complaint for the same reason of Glamour Zone on 10 March 2016. Why do the Aircel company has to deducted the amount from my balance without any consent of the customer. The Aircel used to send a massage ("Thank You for choosing Glamour Zone 75 at Rs 75.0 .You have been charged Rs 75 for 15 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223 ". ) I want to put notice to this Aircel, why do you have to charge the amount without subscribe by the customer. Without consent of the subscriber you deducted the amount from the balance. is this lawful .
I want my full many back to my balance account of my number. And don't let me write the third complaint to you, so don't ever deduct the amount from my balance without any consent by the customer.

As per system validation it was found that you were charged Rs. 75 as subscription fee for SGZO75 from SRRS activated through WAP on 12/04/2016 at 00:23:25 and Consent ID: CG23302160412002130511573 has been generated on 12/04/2016 at 00:23:25.
The same has been deactivated on 15/04/2016 at 00:42:09.
As you have called beyond 24hrs of balance deduction waiver could not be processed .

Call charge to call 121 is 50p/3min.
Kindly send L5VAS to 121 (toll free) to know the last 5 VAS deduction or call 155223 (toll free) to know the active VAS on your Aircel number..
