Aircel — Deduction o[censored]nfair balance | |||||
AIRCEL deducted Rs. 99 on my number [protected] without my knowledge on 27 October for Masti club which I have never requested. On top of that Customer Care Executives like Mr. Mohit says balance will neither be refunded nor he will connect me to any senior on this issue.. Definitely the worst service I have seen so far. I received a msg saying i have been subscribed with namm nammitha..i dont know wat is dat..pls unsubscribe frm dat and my money back..my no. Is [protected].

We would like to inform you that the you have activated value added service as Masti club on 26th October 2015 at 11:04PM through WAP mode which has been charged Rs.99/- . The charges are found correct. The service has been deactivated from your account as per his request hence waiver is not applicable for the same.

It is not correct.. I have never subscribed to this service.. even i dont know about this service.. It is completely unfair deduction, if I will subscribe why would i ask you to unsubscribe immediately.. You guys are deducting balance unnecessarily.. From now on I will insist everyone not to go for AIRCEL, I am thinking for portability.. AS ITS NOT THE RIGHT WAY OF MAKING MONEY !!
