Aircel — Deductions of balance apart from my knowledge

Sir, As per last few days unexpectedly activated 2 packs(Customer care said. But am not activate any Packs). I call for customer care and ask why like this means they said you activate via WAP. It is not possible and i know how to browse & how to use internet. The company Service is not Satisfied. Please solve this. I need reason how this happened any why? Thanking you.

This two packs are not activated by me. But, Customer care told me, I activate it by wrong clicking of link threw at the time of browsing. I turn on my mobile data only. I can't browse whole night. But this two packs are activated automatically. Help me. Thanking you.

I can't activate any VAS through WAP. But you said, "This is activated via WAP". I can't understand this. It automatically activated. Am asking why this happened? Place don't made this mistake again. If am activate this, I cannot argue here. Thanking you.
