[Resolved]  Aircel — dialer tunes refund

Hi
I have activated dialer tunes before two weeks. Initially 15rs were charged. But the service wasn't activated till now.

I spoke to the worst ever customer service people which nobody could see in the world.

Everytime they said it will be activated now and tmrw..
It's been 3 weeks. And not been activated.

I want my 15rs back that you useless people had taken from me.

I've been using for 6 years.. I have already got my port id.

I am customer of Aircel for the past 10 years to link my Aadhaar they- Ooty Athi lakshmi Store asking sum of Rs.30. Kindly take matter seriously other wise All aircel customer will be changed to some other network
