[Resolved]  Aircel — Did not get offered net pack

I had got a offer of rs. 27 where i would get 480 mb 2g data for 15 days.but instwad i got only 180 mb 2g data for 5 days.i recharfed on 13th august 2015.also 198 helpline wont pick my phone.my call is getting automatically disconnected..i tried more than 100 times...plz help me

The offer is eligible only for some recharge which you get by dialing *121# and the benefit could only be avail if recharge done from the retailer end by *150# procedure.

I dont know how he did but before recharging he told me thqt i will get 480 mb for 15 days..so i think he must have done the correct way.
