Aircel — Disconnection of my number without any intimation and wrong information given by authorised centre near Chennai High Court about roaming charges | |||
1. I went to Odisha for 15 days and before leaving Chennai I went to the authorised customer care centre of Aircel near High court and they told that if I will be on Aircel network then there will be NO Roaming charges. But they charged roaming charges on incoming as well as outgoing calls. 2. They have disconnected my number on 23-02-15 saying that there is not enough credit in your account and after paying Rs.200 as part payment on same day they did not activate my account. My account activated only on 27-02-15 after reaching Chennai. 3. When I approach the customer care at High court the response is so poor. 4. I've not received my bills for past 5 months.
