Aircel — Drastically deduction of Balance. | |||||
This is to inform you that I Surajit paul and have unfortunately got an aircel sim card, number is [protected]. I recharged Rs. 110 in which I got the TT 110 dated on 22.11.2015 and txn no KOR[protected]. But next morning when I checked the balance I found that my balance was Rs. 45. The amount 65 was spent by aircel. Because I didn’t spent a penny in this time period. After calling the customer care grievance department I got amount Rs. 15. Now the balance is comes to 60 from 45, But the amount should be Rs. 110. Today (24.11.2015) several times I again tried to contact the number of grievance department but getting no response. Now i am getting message that the grievance department is in traffic jam. After that whenever i am trying to contact getting the same message tat they are in traffic jam. Kindly clarify the reason why the balance is being deduction though i have not asked for any services. Surajit Paul Was this information helpful? | |||||
