[Resolved] Aircel — expiring data pack before validity | |||
I got a message of 39 1gb for 28 days, i had 750mb balance and it got expired in 3 days. I complained in customer care, they asked me to forward the message, i forwarded it, but no response... Now from 3 days in calling them about 25 times, it's saying all are busy please call later. Now again i got message about 39 1gb for 28 days and i recharged. Now again showing it will expiry tommorow... Customer care now also busy... Please reply i lost 39 not can't loose another 39... Was this information helpful? | |||
