[Resolved] Aircel — Extra Bill charges

Respected Sir/Madam, This is regarding my airecl mobile ( [protected]) bill, pervious months my mobile plan was rs 599/- . that time my monthly bill comes below Rs. 1000/- and my credit limit was about RS 1700 which was easy for me to pay. Last to last month I loose my Job, that why I called at there customer care to change my plan Rs.249 because I want to reduce my bill below But no body call me from there side that credit limit is 3000/-. This is not fare and also mail them to many times because they cut my phone connection and also give them my alternate no. but no body bother to any kind response So I request you to please change my bill around rs 500/- because I am not able to pay this much amount.
