Aircel — Extra bill without using

Still no response from aircel. i paid extra bill for two month but still not yet solve my issue, please take any action to solve my issue. As per my last conversation with aircel executive, She confirmed that the problem is with your end(AIRCEL) both of my number are not in CUG. She asked apologies for the numbers not active as CUG and she told me that my plan will be revised as CUG starting from 7th(SIM activation date) but in actual my CUG is activated only on 10th. So you are the responsible for those 3 days, Why should i pay the bill for the mistake which you people did? It should not be calculated as local call. That should be a free call(CUG) as per my plan. I would like to confirm you that I am complaining about CUG only. I am not talking about freebies or local calls. Please reply to the point of which I have raise. I am stating you again this mobile numbers ([protected] and another one) are in CUG connection, this I have confirmed with your executives who visited to me in person to collect the document and I have received confirmation phone call from your side. I want to know why did you charge for the calls made in CUG. This should be waived off.

@ aircel : One more issue at your end. Still i'm not yet receive any paper bill. Already i have registered. Please check your side..
Last month one person confirmed like that hereafter we don't charge for CUG 25 amount. But on March month bill they charged VAS and CUG charges.
Aircel staff playing with customers, Daily 1 Hrs i'm spending my valuable time with Aircel, but the problem not yet resolved. Please take strong action on Aircel.
