[Resolved] Aircel — Extra charges deducted | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings from Mani kandan !!! I have been using 2 Aircel sim for long time, Not as before now they are taking all my balance as for the value adding packages, but i have not yet subscribed any value added package, RE: SIM # [protected], Regarding this sim they had took Rs 99 last week, then again yesterday i had recharged Rs 70 & Rs 71 at yesterday afternoon.as as soon they had look all the balance for P-PLAY, & Games and my balance was Nill. RE: SIM # [protected] 01/01/ 2017 i had recharged for RS 150 in 10 minities they had deducted Rs 99 for valued added pack. i had enquired the custom care then they had deducted Rs 99 for valued added pack.i had enquired the custom care then they had debited Rs 99 then again they had took Rs 45 & Rs 15 ect...as daily valued added pack and my balance was again nill. but i have not yet subscribed any of these packages. i was really unsatisfied with your customer care service.there is no proper response for my query. till now this problem continuous. no matter how much i recharge but even single penny is not left. i cannot even call for emergency, before recharging there is no notification on the subscription of any value added packages.but after recharge every balance was taken off. you have to shortlist all my problems and have to credit all my deducted balance, you have to give me compensation for creating worries. i really fed ub with your services. if you did not correct this problem then i have change your service, kindly requested to you, pls shutout this issue.
