[Resolved] Aircel — Extra money deduction | |||||
I have an aircel tamil nadu sim . without me subscribing anything, often they deduct 30 rs saying that i subscribed something . if we try calling their customer care also most of the time no proper reply .even yesterday[23/02/2016] night they deducted 30rs saying that i subscribed some music, but i didn't subscribe anything . kindly request the refund of deducted 30 rs second issue is that as soon as data validity is over they deduct the mobile balance completely, without usage of data. this happened so many times .they are allowed to deduct balance after expiry of data balance, only when we use data . if data expires, within 10 or 15 mins they deduct 100 rs or how much balance you have, everything they take . kindly tell them not to repeat this again.
